Carl has been with the firm since 1995, becoming the managing partner June 2004. He is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA's, the American Institute of CPA's, and Certified by the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy. Carl and Mary have been married since November 2007 and make their home on the Mora Golf Course, where they enjoy playing golf with friends and family. Carl is also a member of the Mora Lions Club.

Robert Althoff

Robert has a career that spans more than thirty years. He is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA's, the American Institute of CPA's, and Certified by the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy. Robert has been married to Kris for over thirty seven years and his home is near the south fork of the Ground House River and Ogilive, MN. His main work location is the Pine City office and he serves the local community and surrounding area as well as limitless connections with the use of the firm's website which can reach any place in the world!

Denise Linder

Denise has been an Executive Assistant with the firm since 1996. She specializes in payroll, general bookkeeping, and documentation. Denise and her family currently reside in Pine City.

Karen Althoff

Karen has been with the firm since the fall of 2000. She works at the Mora office doing bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll. Karen loves to garden and be outdoors. She grew up and currently lives in the Pine City area.

Mary Nordquist

Office Manager

Mary has been with the firm since October 2013. She will be taking on the duties of Office Manager. Carl and Mary have been married since 2007 and have 3 children between them. She enjoys playing golf with her husband just ask him.
